All of the games in the series have released exclusively for PlayStation consoles. Is there a way to play these games on a computer? Is Ratchet and Clank available for PC? Are Ratchet and Clank games on PC? However, they’re not available on all platforms, leaving some gamers green with envy. These third-person sci-fi experiences hit all the right marks: Fast action, smooth gameplay, memorable characters, and charm galore. I was personally pretty lukewarm on Ghost of Tsushima, but it did do well in the awards circuit last year.įrom the looks of its job listings, Sucker Punch seems to be working on a sequel to Ghost of Tsushima.Insomniac may be known for hit games like Marvel’s Spider-Man or Sunset Overdrive, but the Ratchet and Clank series is the studio’s real bread and butter. Days Gone and Horizon Zero Dawn are a nice start, but seeing Sony put more of its precious critical darlings on PC would show that the company is interested in making this a pillar of its games moving forward. If Ghost of Tsushima is coming to PC, it would be a step in the right direction for Sony as it moves some of its exclusive games to the platform. Or is the branding just going away? That remains to be seen.

As VGC points out, PlayStation 5 exclusives like Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and Demon’s Souls don’t have the logo on their box arts. However, it is worth noting that Sony seems to be moving away from the Only on PlayStation branding altogether. The same can be said of Days Gone and Horizon Zero Dawn, which were both brought to PC after originally launching as PlayStation 4 exclusives. Sucker Punch’s open-world take on feudal Japan has a new box art, as seen on Sony’s own website, and while it now includes a graphic referencing the game’s post-launch multiplayer mode, something has been removed: the “Only on PlayStation” designation that was once found in the top-right corner of its case. It looks like Sony might be considering another one of its first-party games to make the shift from PlayStation exclusive to PC, as Ghost of Tsushima’s box art has been updated, and it’s missing something pretty significant.
